don’t suffer in silence.
Mental health awareness is at the heart of the helloleesh community. Here you will find policies and resources to help you navigate her community as well as your well-being.
mental health policy
While helloleesh is not a mental health-specific channel or community, it is a frequent topic of conversation, and I wouldn’t change that for the world. I care deeply about the well-being of every one of my viewers and followers (and beyond). Unfortunately, I am only one person (is that so unfortunate?) and, thus, can’t be as personally available to everyone as I’d like to be. While I offer general advice and support, I can’t read all private messages sent to me. If you are in need of support please utilize the resources below. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency please call 911 or 1-800-662-HELP (or 1-800-662-4357). This will connect you with a National Helpline crisis counselor at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Association (SAMHSA). If a message is received on any of my platforms indicating a crisis situation, you will be directed to these numbers or, if a moderator is capable, an emergency call will be made on your behalf. Remember, you’re your #1 priority. From there, we look out for each other.
Love you,
Alicia
